Default lookup values

When you create a new organisation, it ships with default values for every dropdown (“lookup”) in the app. You can rename, recolour, retire, or add to any of them — see Customise lookup values.

The defaults above are common to every jurisdiction. The notifiable flag’s threshold (which incidents auto-trigger the warning) is configurable in Organisation Settings → Organisation based on the jurisdiction you picked.
