SteadyOn's AI assistant
SteadyBot is the name for SteadyOn’s built-in AI assistant. It shows up at a few specific points where a first draft saves you real time — always as a starting point you review, never as something that acts on your behalf.
Where SteadyBot helps
Section titled “Where SteadyBot helps”- Getting set up. When you onboard, SteadyBot can read your website and any documents you provide and propose an initial H&S setup — suggested sites, roles, hazards, and so on — so you start with a populated system instead of a blank one.
- Board reports. The AI Board Report reads your hazard, incident, action, inspection, and training data and writes a plain-language narrative for your board or leadership — trends, risks, outstanding actions, and recommendations.
- Meeting agendas. On a meeting’s Agenda tab, SteadyBot can draft an agenda from your current hazards, incidents, and actions plus the meeting’s purpose and duration — so the items worth discussing are already on the page. See Draft an agenda.
How to treat its suggestions
Section titled “How to treat its suggestions”SteadyBot is a drafting aid. Everything it produces is editable and should be reviewed before you rely on it:
- Read the draft and correct anything that’s wrong or out of date.
- It works from the data already in your system — if that’s thin, the suggestions will be too.
- You stay accountable for the H&S content. SteadyBot speeds up the writing; it doesn’t replace your judgement.
Why “review, don’t trust”? AI is excellent at turning your existing records into a tidy first draft, and unreliable as a source of truth on its own. SteadyOn deliberately uses it only where you’ll read and approve the output.
Provenance
Section titled “Provenance”AI-generated content is tracked, so you can always trace what was produced, when, and from which run — the trail stays with the record like any other change. (Administrators can review AI activity in the sys-admin Console.)
