Schedule a drill

Drills are practice runs — fire, earthquake, full evacuation. They live on Emergency → Drills and can cover one or more plans (a plan may span several sites, so drills are scheduled against plans, not sites).

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Open Emergency → Drills.
  2. Click Schedule drill.
  3. Enter a Scenario, a date and time, and tick the plans it covers. Leave all unticked for an org-wide drill.
  4. Save.

Each drill shows a status — Scheduled, Completed, or Cancelled. From the row ⋮ you can mark a scheduled drill complete or cancelled, edit it, or delete it. Switch between tiles and list view, search, and sort like any other list.
