Schedule a meeting
A meeting in SteadyOn is a scheduled, minuted health & safety gathering — a toolbox talk, a monthly safety committee, a board H&S review. It carries an agenda going in and minutes plus actions coming out, and it can repeat on a cadence. If you’re new to the idea, see Recurring items — how scheduling works.
- From the sidebar, open Meetings.
- Click + Meeting at the top right. The meeting wizard opens.
- On the Identify tab, fill in:
- Title — short, plain-language name (e.g. Monthly safety committee).
- Description — what the meeting is for.
- Site — pick the site it relates to, or leave blank.
- Location — free text (e.g. Boardroom, Teams link).
- Type — pick a classifier (e.g. committee, toolbox), or leave blank.
- On the Assign tab, set:
- Chair and Minute-taker — choose from your people.
- Scheduled date, Start time, and Duration (mins).
- Due date — optional; used for the BRAG colour and reminders.
- Repeat — leave off for a one-off, or set a frequency to make it recurring. (See Run a recurring meeting.)
- On the Attendees tab, add the people you expect to attend. (See Invite and track attendees.)
- Optionally add files on the Attachments tab.
- Click Create Meeting.
You land on the new meeting’s detail page, with the Assign, Agenda, Minutes, Attendees, Related, Attachments, Notes, and Log tabs. The BRAG colour reflects how close the scheduled date is.
