Generate a plan or poster PDF

SteadyOn generates two PDFs per site from a plan:

• Plan — the full emergency plan: your evacuation heading, the site and its assembly point, the contacts (national + organisation + that site’s), and the equipment register.
• Poster — a condensed one-page version for the wall.

Both carry your organisation’s logo top-left — upload it at Settings → Organisation.

Steps

1. Open a plan and use ⋮ → Print Plan or Print Poster. (You can also use the Plans list row ⋮, or the page ⋮ → Print a plan… to pick a plan first.)
2. Pick the site — a plan can cover several, so there’s one PDF per site — and choose Plan or Poster.
3. The PDF is generated in your browser and saved into Documents under the Emergency Plan category, named <plan> — <site> — Emergency Plan — <date> (posters say “(Poster)”).
4. The success message links straight to the new document.

Because each generated PDF is a normal document, it’s versioned, shareable, and shows up in the Documents library like anything else.
