Use reports
The Reports module gives you ready-made views of your data tuned for different audiences — managers, directors, regulators.
- From the sidebar, open Reports.
- Click any of the report cards.
- The report opens with a default filter set.
- Adjust filters (date range, site, category).
- Click Export to PDF to download a print-ready file.
What each report covers
Section titled “What each report covers”Risk Matrix
Section titled “Risk Matrix”A 5×5 grid of likelihood × severity, populated with your live hazards. Each cell shows the number of hazards in that combination. Click a cell to drill into the list. Useful for board reporting and for spotting clusters of high-risk hazards.
Hazard Register
Section titled “Hazard Register”Full list of hazards with their assessments, controls, responsible people, and review dates. Filterable by site, category, status, and risk level. The reference document an inspector typically asks for first.
Incident Summary
Section titled “Incident Summary”Incidents by type, severity, and status over a date range. Shows notifiable events, investigation completion rates, and recurring patterns.
Action Close-out
Section titled “Action Close-out”Open, completed, and overdue actions. Filter by assignee, priority, and source. Useful for spotting bottlenecks (e.g. one team with all the overdue actions).
Inspection Summary
Section titled “Inspection Summary”Pass/fail rates, average scores, and overdue inspections. Filterable by category, inspector, and date range. Useful for seeing whether inspection quality is improving over time.
Board Report
Section titled “Board Report”An AI-assisted executive summary suitable for a board paper or a director’s pack. Combines live KPIs, the current risk landscape, incident summary, and inspection performance. Includes AI-generated narrative and recommendations. Prints as a professional A4 document.
Roadmap
Section titled “Roadmap”A Gantt-style timeline showing all H&S commitments — actions, inspections, and hazard reviews — across the next several months. Colour-coded by BRAG.
Status
Section titled “Status”The reports library and its cards are live. Several individual report builders are still being filled out — when you open one and see “coming soon” copy, that’s a stub.
