Send feedback or get support
SteadyOn has two ways to reach the team. Both are in the top bar.
Feedback button
Section titled “Feedback button”The Feedback button (heart-message icon) is for anything you’d say casually — feature requests, comments, “this thing is confusing”, “I love this”, “X would save me an hour a week”.
- Click the Feedback icon in the top bar.
- (Optional) Add a subject.
- Write the message.
- Click Send.
The message goes straight to the team’s inbox as an email, with your address as the reply-to so we can write back. Nothing is created in your workspace.
Support button
Section titled “Support button”The Support button (question-mark icon) is for getting help with a problem — something broken, a question about how to do something, a request for an admin override.
- Click the Support icon.
- Fill in subject and details.
- Click Submit.
A support case is created and you’ll get a reply by email when the team picks it up.
Which to pick
Section titled “Which to pick”- “I love the new dashboard” → Feedback.
- “I think this would be better if…” → Feedback.
- “I found a typo” → Feedback is fine.
- “Something is broken” → Support.
- “I can’t sign in / I’m locked out” → Support.
- “How do I do X?” → Support (and check the docs first).
